After 25 years as a social worker, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness. I earned my ACE Personal Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist certifications, TRX Level 3; Precision Nutrition L1; Cancer Exercise Specialist; AEA Aquatic Exercise Instructor as well several other personal training certifications so I could dedicate my career to helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
